Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-year experience preferred
  • Food handlers certification required
  • TABC certification required
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Ability to lead and supervise a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Check stations before, during and after shifts for proper set-up and cleanliness
  • Ensure team members provide guests with friendly, courteous and timely service
  • Make sure servers understand and can explain specials and restaurant promotions
  • Ensure order accuracy and timely delivery with appropriate condiments
  • Interact with guests to obtain feedback and resolve complaints promptly
  • Manage product quality and guest satisfaction ensuring food consistency and appeal
  • Schedule and direct staff assignments for efficient restaurant operation
  • Monitor food quality and service standards through visual inspection and corrective action
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and regulations related to food and beverage service
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff to promote food products and direct activities
  • Document inventory usage and oversee the setup of dining and service areas
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire and empower team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned
