Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field required
  • minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management
  • strong leadership skills
  • excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • proficiency in payroll and budgeting software
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • proven experience in managing multiple food and beverage outlets
  • strong leadership and team development skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control standards
  • experience with budgeting and financial management

Job Duties

  • Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the hotel outlet operations in the front and back of the house
  • implement and maintain food and beverage sales marketing programs
  • direct and oversee development of employees
  • hire, train, empower, coach and counsel, performance and salary reviews
  • direct the implementation of the payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budget for outlet operations
  • coordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest service
  • resolve customer complaints as appropriate to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality
