Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
- Minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with guests and staff and resolve problems diplomatically
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to perform mathematical calculations including rates and percentages
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public
- Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course
- Responsible for staff development and training
- Responsible for rewards and recognition programs
- Evaluate team members and deliver feedback
- Provide staffing and scheduling recommendations
- Manage work procedures and workflow
- Provide coaching, discipline, and counseling

Job Duties
- Supervise F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Support and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- Coordinate scheduling and address scheduling concerns
- Assist in budget process and monitor budget compliance
- Promote and ensure superior customer service standards
- Enforce gaming laws and regulations related to F&B functions
- Develop procedures for food service and inspect menu items for customer satisfaction
- Assist Assistant Manager with service and administrative duties
- Maintain cost control and inventory monitoring
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues
- Maintain confidentiality in departmental matters
- Manage staff development, training, and recognition programs
- Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Recommend staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
- Manage workflow and work procedures
- Provide coaching and disciplinary recommendations
