Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years of food and beverage experience
- minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- ability to resolve problems and conflicts diplomatically
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to perform mathematical computations including ratios and percentages
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to present information effectively
- must complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification

Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- support and administer operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- adhere to scheduling and coordinate scheduling concerns
- assist in budget process and ensure compliance with budget initiatives
- promote and demonstrate superior customer service
- enforce gaming laws and regulations applicable to the F&B department
- maintain and develop food service procedures and inspect menu items
- assist F&B Outlet Assistant Manager in ensuring sanitary and pleasant service
- maintain cost control by monitoring pars and inventory
- assist with administrative duties
- ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters
