Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years food and beverage experience
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Mathematical proficiency for budgeting and inventory control
- Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Completion of ServSafe Alcohol training certification
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Job Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Support and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives
- Coordinate scheduling and address scheduling concerns with managers ensuring guest satisfaction
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with departmental budget initiatives
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service and address service issues
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and food and beverage regulations
- Assist in maintaining cost control, inventory management, and assisting assistant managers with administrative duties
- Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality in all departmental matters
- Develop and deliver staff training and development programs
- Implement rewards and recognition programs to maximize employee engagement
- Evaluate team members and provide constructive performance feedback
- Make staffing recommendations including interviewing, hiring, and scheduling
- Manage work procedures and expedite workflow
- Provide coaching, counseling, and disciplinary recommendations for employee performance
