Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years food and beverage experience
- Minimum two years supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Ability to perform arithmetic operations and interpret graphs
- Flexibility to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to present information effectively to groups
- Successful completion of ServSafe Alcohol training certification
Job Qualifications

- Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
- Minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues diplomatically
- Strong report writing and business correspondence skills
- Proficient in arithmetic operations and basic data interpretation
- Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various groups

Job Duties
- Supervising an F&B Outlet designated to this role and managing daily operations of assigned shifts
- Supporting and administering operational goals while monitoring performance and profit objectives
- Adhering to scheduling policies and coordinating with management to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assisting in budget preparation and compliance, providing recommendations and reporting concerns
- Promoting superior customer service standards in accordance with company programs and addressing issues promptly
- Ensuring knowledge and enforcement of gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage Department
- Assisting in developing and maintaining food service procedures and inspecting menu items for customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with F&B Assistant Manager to ensure efficient, sanitary, and pleasant guest service
- Monitoring cost control methods, inventory, and pars during designated shifts
- Assisting with administrative duties as assigned
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting potential issues
- Maintaining strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
- Developing and implementing staff training and development programs
- Managing employee rewards and recognition initiatives
- Evaluating team members’ performance and providing constructive feedback
- Recommending staffing needs including interviewing, hiring, and scheduling
- Managing work procedures and workflow expediently
- Providing recommendations on employee performance management including coaching and disciplinary actions
