Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and serving
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Must understand and speak the English language
  • Ability to analyze and evaluate profit and loss statements
  • Ability to stand and walk frequently
  • Ability to occasionally sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 pounds occasionally
  • Manual dexterity to operate necessary equipment
  • Specific vision abilities including close and distance vision
  • Must be able to talk and hear regularly

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Managing the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlet(s)
  • Providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members
  • Ensuring consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in designated areas of responsibility
  • Implementing training programs that ensure high quality service
  • Providing adequate training and tools for team member success
  • Ensuring that all Food & Beverage areas are kept clean and in proper condition
  • Ensuring optimal labor usage without adversely impacting service standards
  • Interviewing and hiring new team members
  • Executing audits of supplies and inventory items and ensuring cost controls
  • Ensuring all Food & Beverage products meet established specifications and standards
  • Completing required daily financial reports
  • Communicating variances to Food & Beverage Manager/Director
  • Ensuring operational and safe handling of all service equipment
  • Enforcing appearance and uniform guidelines
  • Enforcing regulatory, internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Reviewing manifests and staffing levels to assign appropriate work
  • Investigating and resolving guest complaints per standard procedures
  • Understanding all aspects of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Ensuring safe cash handling procedures
  • Conducting physical inventory of outlet supplies and requisitioning replacements
  • Coaching and counseling team members to enforce company policies
  • Maintaining well-informed shifts through daily meetings
  • Performing other assigned duties
