Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of assigned Food and Beverage outlet(s)
  • provide a high level of customer service and promote a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members
  • ensure consistent, high quality service standards are maintained
  • implement training programs that ensure high quality service
  • provide adequate training and tools for team member success
  • maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all Food and Beverage areas
  • optimize labor usage to meet service standards
  • interview and hire new team members
  • execute audits of supplies and inventory, ensuring cost controls
  • ensure all Food and Beverage products meet established specifications and standards
  • complete required daily financial tools and reports
  • communicate variances from established standards to F&B Manager/Director
  • ensure all service equipment is operational and safely handled, reporting mechanical issues
  • enforce appearance and uniform guidelines
  • enforce all regulatory, internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • review manifest and staffing levels to determine appropriate work assignments
  • investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns
  • understand and adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • ensure safe cash handling procedures are followed
  • conduct physical inventory of outlet supplies and requisition replacements
  • coach and counsel team members to reinforce policies and procedures
  • maintain a well-informed shift through daily meetings
  • perform other duties as assigned
