Job Duties
- Manage the daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets
- provide a high level of customer service and promote a positive attitude
- ensure consistent high quality service standards
- implement training programs for service excellence
- provide adequate training and tools for team member success
- maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all F&B areas
- optimize labor usage to meet service standards
- interview and hire new team members
- conduct audits of supplies and inventory ensuring cost controls
- ensure all F&B products meet established specifications and standards
- complete required daily financial reports
- communicate variances to F&B Manager/Director
- ensure all service equipment is operational and safe
- enforce appearance and uniform guidelines
- enforce regulatory, internal controls, policies, and procedures
- review staffing levels and assign work
- investigate and resolve guest complaints
- understand collective bargaining agreements
- ensure safe cash handling procedures
- conduct physical inventory and requisition supplies
- coach and counsel team members
- conduct daily shift meetings
- perform other duties as assigned
