Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- must understand and speak English
- ability to analyze and evaluate profit and loss statements
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling carts up to 250 pounds

- knowledge of restaurant operations and serving
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- strong understanding of labor management and cost control
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to manage and train diverse teams
- proficient in financial reporting and analysis

- strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- ability to speak and understand English
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlet(s)
- provide high-level customer service and promote a positive attitude
- maintain consistent, high-quality service standards
- implement training programs for team members
- ensure cleanliness and proper condition of all F&B areas
- optimize labor usage without impacting service quality
- interview and hire new team members
- conduct audits of supplies and inventory for cost control
- ensure all F&B products meet established standards
- complete daily financial tools and reports
- communicate variances to F&B Manager/Director
- ensure operational and safe handling of service equipment
- enforce appearance and uniform guidelines
- enforce regulatory, internal control, policy and procedure compliance
- review manifests and staffing for appropriate assignments
- investigate and resolve guest complaints
- understand all aspects of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
- enforce safe cash handling procedures
- conduct physical inventory and requisition replacement items
- coach and counsel team members as needed
- conduct daily shift meetings
- perform other duties as assigned
