Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred
  • must understand and speak English
  • ability to analyze and evaluate profit and loss statements
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 50 pounds and pushing/pulling carts up to 250 pounds

  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience preferred

  • strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • ability to speak and understand English

Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlet(s)
  • provide high-level customer service and promote a positive attitude
  • maintain consistent, high-quality service standards
  • implement training programs for team members
  • ensure cleanliness and proper condition of all F&B areas
  • optimize labor usage without impacting service quality
  • interview and hire new team members
  • conduct audits of supplies and inventory for cost control
  • ensure all F&B products meet established standards
  • complete daily financial tools and reports
  • communicate variances to F&B Manager/Director
  • ensure operational and safe handling of service equipment
  • enforce appearance and uniform guidelines
  • enforce regulatory, internal control, policy and procedure compliance
  • review manifests and staffing for appropriate assignments
  • investigate and resolve guest complaints
  • understand all aspects of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • enforce safe cash handling procedures
  • conduct physical inventory and requisition replacement items
  • coach and counsel team members as needed
  • conduct daily shift meetings
  • perform other duties as assigned
