Job Duties

  • Manage daily operations of assigned food and beverage outlets
  • Provide high-level customer service and promote a positive atmosphere
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service standards
  • Implement training programs to ensure service quality
  • Provide adequate training and tools for team member success
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of F&B areas
  • Optimize labor usage without compromising service standards
  • Interview and hire new team members
  • Execute audits of supplies and inventory to control costs
  • Ensure food and beverage products meet established standards
  • Complete daily financial tools and reports
  • Communicate variances to F&B manager or director
  • Ensure operation and safety of service equipment
  • Enforce appearance and uniform guidelines
  • Enforce regulatory, internal control, policies, and procedures
  • Review staffing levels and assign work appropriately
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints
  • Understand collective bargaining agreement
  • Ensure safe cash handling procedures
  • Conduct physical inventory and requisition supplies
  • Coach and counsel team members as needed
  • Conduct daily shift meetings
  • Perform other duties as assigned
