Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting bar graphs
  • Ability to interact with guests and staff and handle conflicts tactfully
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
  • Must obtain First Aid/AED certification
  • Must complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training
  • Ability to read and communicate in English
  • Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
  • Previous supervisory experience required
  • Ability to interact and resolve conflicts diplomatically
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present information effectively to groups

Job Duties

  • Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
  • Create effective schedules to control labor costs and meet staffing objectives
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitor compliance with departmental budgets
  • Promote superior customer service and address issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with gaming laws and food safety regulations
  • Maintain cost control methods such as inventory management and pars
  • Assist with administrative duties and ensure regulatory compliance
