Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and interpreting bar graphs
- Ability to interact with guests and staff and handle conflicts tactfully
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
- Must obtain First Aid/AED certification
- Must complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training
- Ability to read and communicate in English
- Ability to meet physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum two years of Food and Beverage experience
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Ability to interact and resolve conflicts diplomatically
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present information effectively to groups
Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Create effective schedules to control labor costs and meet staffing objectives
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor compliance with departmental budgets
- Promote superior customer service and address issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and food safety regulations
- Maintain cost control methods such as inventory management and pars
- Assist with administrative duties and ensure regulatory compliance
