Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Ability to resolve problems and conflicts tactfully
  • Able to present information and respond to questions effectively
  • Must obtain First Aid/AED certification
  • Must successfully complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training
  • Possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
  • Employee must qualify for required licenses and permits
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Associates degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
  • Minimum two years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to write reports and business correspondence
  • Strong mathematical skills including computing rate, ratio, and percent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
  • Create effective schedules while maintaining labor costs and staffing goals
  • Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with departmental budgets
  • Promote and ensure superior customer service according to company standards
  • Enforce gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage department
  • Assist in maintaining food service procedures and menu quality
  • Support cost control methods by monitoring inventory and pars
