Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to resolve problems and conflicts tactfully
- Able to present information and respond to questions effectively
- Must obtain First Aid/AED certification
- Must successfully complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training
- Possess a valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history
- Employee must qualify for required licenses and permits
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with regulatory requirements
Job Qualifications
- Associates degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum two years of food and beverage experience
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence
- Strong mathematical skills including computing rate, ratio, and percent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Supervise an F&B outlet and manage daily shift operations
- Create effective schedules while maintaining labor costs and staffing goals
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure compliance with departmental budgets
- Promote and ensure superior customer service according to company standards
- Enforce gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage department
- Assist in maintaining food service procedures and menu quality
- Support cost control methods by monitoring inventory and pars
