Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be at least 21 years old to manage alcohol service
  • Open availability especially nights and weekends
  • Ability to handle physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of related experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Experience in budget monitoring and payroll management

Job Duties

  • Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within store guidelines and standards
  • Oversee food and beverage order and deliveries
  • Monitor department budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions
  • Schedule staff hours and assign duties
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
  • Oversee alcohol service including age restriction control in accordance with company policies
  • Provide excellent communication and leadership with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork
