Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be at least 21 years old to manage alcohol service
- Open availability especially nights and weekends
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing for long periods, bending, stretching, and lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance
Job Qualifications

- Two years of related experience preferred
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience in budget monitoring and payroll management
Job Duties
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within store guidelines and standards
- Oversee food and beverage order and deliveries
- Monitor department budgets and payroll records, and review financial transactions
- Schedule staff hours and assign duties
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations
- Oversee alcohol service including age restriction control in accordance with company policies
- Provide excellent communication and leadership with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork
