Job Requirements
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
- Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
- Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
- Valid driver's license required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality supervision preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to train and mentor associates
- Knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
Job Duties
- Inspects storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectifies any deficiencies
- Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checks stock, and requisitions necessary supplies
- Leads shifts and supervises associates as scheduled
- Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
- Ensures associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job
- Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions
- Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction
- Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
- Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
- Contributes to team goals
- Always follows company policies and safety procedures
