Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days
  • Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items that weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements
  • Valid driver's license required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality supervision preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train and mentor associates
  • Knowledge of inventory management and food safety standards
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences

Job Duties

  • Inspects storage areas for organization, use of First In First Out (FIFO), and cleanliness and rectifies any deficiencies
  • Completes inventories (e.g., opening inventory) of supplies, food, and liquor, checks stock, and requisitions necessary supplies
  • Leads shifts and supervises associates as scheduled
  • Monitors dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well-being of guests
  • Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests
  • Ensures associates are trained in company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job
  • Collaborates with management to formally recognize hourly associates' performance contributions
  • Assists in hourly duties as needed to ensure proper coverage and guest satisfaction
  • Welcomes and greets guests and anticipates and addresses their needs
  • Interacts with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contributes to team goals
  • Always follows company policies and safety procedures
