Job Requirements
- Must have 1-2 years of related experience in food and beverage
- Knowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor laws
- Must have food and beverage, beverage cart and banquet experience
- Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented
- Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have strong service orientation
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Food Handler and BASSET certifications are strongly recommended

Job Duties
- Provide assistance to beverage cart staff
- Assist serving staff
- Support bartending staff
- Assist in banquet event operations
- Perform other duties assigned by manager or supervisor
