Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • three or more years of experience in concessions supervision, food and beverage management, or related position
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • strong computer literacy including MS Office Suite
  • excellent communication and leadership skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and long hours
  • ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • knowledge of food safety and alcohol service regulations
  • ability to multi-task and work independently
  • commitment to integrity and professionalism

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • degree may be substituted with three or more years of experience in concessions supervision, food and beverage management, or a related position
  • demonstrated professional experience with computer applications including MS Office Suite
  • proficiency with POS systems
  • excellent typing and written communication skills with attention to detail
  • ability to make sound business and operational decisions quickly and under pressure
  • strong communication skills with employees, co-workers, management, and guests
  • ability to work independently and lead a team in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • thorough knowledge of sanitation requirements, food preparation guidelines, alcohol service policies, and safety standards
  • detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours
  • commitment to the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
  • nationally recognized food service sanitation training certification preferred
  • nationally recognized alcohol service training certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Support proper set-up and operations of concession locations prior to doors
  • assist in providing oversight of hourly concession employees and non-profit groups
  • work within POS system to ensure accurate pricing, inventory control and troubleshooting
  • manage and oversee concession operations before, during and after the event, including closing duties and post-event reconciliation
  • effectively oversee large volume of inventory, order product and manage high volume of sales
  • build and submit sales, billing and payment reports weekly using POS sales data and submit to corporate via NetSuite
  • manage invoices by maintaining purchase order log and submitting invoices for payment
  • assist with tracking and documenting accounts receivable
  • ensure compliance with company standards and local, state, and federal laws including food and safety regulations
  • perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
