Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
  • proven leadership skills
  • excellent communication abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • proficiency in cash handling and inventory procedures
  • knowledge of OSHA safety standards
  • ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure

Job Duties

  • Provide genuine, warm service to all our guests throughout their dining experience
  • support all team members in the efficient and consistent delivery of performance goals through daily stand-up sessions
  • establish and maintain training and development programs for a high level of service
  • set standards for cleanliness and ongoing maintenance of dining rooms and public spaces
  • manage all team members completion of daily opening, ongoing, and closing side work responsibilities
  • maintain various cash handling responsibilities
  • conduct product inventory procedures
  • assist with invoice coding and accounting procedures
  • write and manage schedules around availability, time-off requests, in-times, out-times, and breaks including covering breaks as needed
  • stay knowledgeable about current menu choices and specialties
  • work with vendors to create innovative beverage menus
  • tend the bar, serve cocktails, and provide drink pairing recommendations as needed
  • act as a cashier to process purchases and provide receipts and change as needed
  • support daily hotel functions as they may arise including In-Room Dining and guest welcome amenities
  • follow OSHA standards and comply with all company safety policies and procedures
  • perform other duties as assigned by management
