Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years progressive experience in high-end food and beverage operations
- knowledge of current service styles and financial management
- high school diploma required
- willingness to obtain food handlers certification
- current or willingness to obtain cpr and first aid certifications
- ability to lead and build teams
- proficiency in microsoft office and pos systems
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- in-depth knowledge of current service styles, techniques, and financial management including budget oversight
- high school diploma with preferred college degree in hotel restaurant management or business
- willingness to obtain food handlers certification
- current cpr and first aid certifications or willingness to become certified
- ability to supervise, hire, train, and build a high-performing team
- proficiency in microsoft office and experience with pos systems
- effective communication skills and financial acumen
Job Duties
- manage all dining venues including the care center
- ensure delivery of a premier dining experience for residents and guests
- supervise, hire, train, and build a high-performing team
- oversee budget and financial management of food and beverage operations
- maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
