Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in high-end food and beverage operations
  • knowledge of current service styles and financial management
  • high school diploma required
  • willingness to obtain food handlers certification
  • current or willingness to obtain cpr and first aid certifications
  • ability to lead and build teams
  • proficiency in microsoft office and pos systems
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in high-end food and beverage operations within restaurant, country club, hotel, or senior living environment
  • in-depth knowledge of current service styles, techniques, and financial management including budget oversight
  • high school diploma with preferred college degree in hotel restaurant management or business
  • willingness to obtain food handlers certification
  • current cpr and first aid certifications or willingness to become certified
  • ability to supervise, hire, train, and build a high-performing team
  • proficiency in microsoft office and experience with pos systems
  • effective communication skills and financial acumen

Job Duties

  • manage all dining venues including the care center
  • ensure delivery of a premier dining experience for residents and guests
  • supervise, hire, train, and build a high-performing team
  • oversee budget and financial management of food and beverage operations
  • maintain compliance with food safety and health regulations
  • implement current service styles and techniques
  • communicate effectively with residents and staff
