- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, or mall food courts

- Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using inventory and ordering automated tools and menu design software
Job Duties
- Drive hospitality excellence across 8 Micro-Kitchens and 2 premium cafes
- Mastermind daily front-of-house operations to ensure a world-class guest experience
- Meet financial targets through expert management of cash-handling and POS systems
- Cultivate elite partnerships with tech-sector clients and customers
- Mentor and coach a team of up to 10 frontline employees to peak performance
- Maintain rigorous safety and service standards across all service points
