Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- four years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- or two-year degree from an accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major with two years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- ability to manage day-to-day food and beverage operations
- capability to supervise and motivate a team
- knowledge of industry policies and compliance
- excellent communication skills
- problem-solving abilities
- capability to maintain operating budgets and legal obligations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and monitors compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
- supports and supervises an effective monthly self inspection program
- operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction
- supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
- encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence
