Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- Or two-year degree from an accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration or related major
- Two years of experience in food and beverage, culinary or related professional area
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage budgets and maintain operational standards
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Availability to work full time
- Ability to work in fast-paced hospitality environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and monitors compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
- Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supports and supervises an effective monthly self inspection program
- Operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction
- Supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
- Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence
