Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs
- Previous Executive Chef or Sous Chef experience required
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience
- ServSafe and alcohol service certifications required or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of Hilton brand standards preferred

- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive Food and Beverage leadership experience, preferably in a hotel environment
- Strong experience overseeing banquet and event operations
- Proven ability to lead culinary and service teams
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and food costs
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of Hilton brand standards preferred
- ServSafe and alcohol service certifications required or ability to obtain
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations
- Provide direct leadership to the chef, banquet team, and all food and beverage associates
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing food and beverage team
- Manage food and beverage labor, food cost, and operating expenses to meet budgeted goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Events teams to ensure seamless execution of meetings, weddings, and special events
- Actively engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns promptly
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
