Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Previous executive chef or sous chef experience required
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in food and beverage leadership preferably in hotel settings
  • ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain
  • Alcohol service certification required or ability to obtain
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Hilton brand standards preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous executive chef or sous chef experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience preferably in a hotel environment
  • Strong experience overseeing banquet and event operations
  • Proven ability to lead culinary and service teams
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labor, and food costs
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Hilton brand standards preferred
  • ServSafe and alcohol service certifications or ability to obtain

Job Duties

  • Actively participate in daily banquet and restaurant operations
  • Provide leadership to chef, banquet team, and all food and beverage associates
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing food and beverage team
  • Oversee banquet and event operations including planning, execution, and follow-up
  • Collaborate with sales and events teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Manage daily restaurant, bar, and banquet operations ensuring quality food and service
  • Maintain compliance with Hilton brand standards and health regulations
  • Manage food and beverage labor, food cost, and operating expenses to meet budget
  • Review P and L performance and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor inventory controls and vendor relationships
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements
  • Enforce company policies and maintain food safety and alcohol service certifications
