Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area or two-year degree from an accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major with two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to work full time
- Availability to work onsite at W Nashville
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Two-year degree from an accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major with two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of brand-specific service culture and operational standards
- Proficiency in budget management and staff supervision
Job Duties
- Assists in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies and uniforms
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and monitors compliance with all policies, standards and procedures
- Supports and supervises an effective monthly self-inspection program
- Operates all department equipment as necessary and reports malfunction
- Supervises staffing levels to verify that guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives are met
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
- Communicates areas that need attention to staff and follows up to verify understanding
