Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience
  • experience in managing large events particularly in food and beverage such as wedding receptions
  • experience in restaurant or food and beverage management with preference for managing large events
  • must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • must be able to work up to 45 hours per week available every weekend
  • able to stand for long periods of time
  • able to lift 39 pounds unaided
  • valid driver’s license required
  • authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties

  • Supervise a diverse team of 15-25+ employees ensuring efficient daily operations
  • maintain accurate records of employee attendance on a daily basis
  • maintain inventory and order necessary food and supplies
  • cover Manager on Duty shift and open the store once a week
  • proficiently maintain day-to-day notes on staff performance
  • keep employees informed on culture standards and updates such as sales specials or new job opportunities
  • communicate daily with team members fostering strong teamwork ethic and attitude
  • maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times
  • be available for special projects or holidays
