Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience
- experience in managing large events particularly in food and beverage such as wedding receptions
- experience in restaurant or food and beverage management with preference for managing large events
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
- must be able to work up to 45 hours per week available every weekend
- able to stand for long periods of time
- able to lift 39 pounds unaided
- valid driver’s license required
- authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Supervise a diverse team of 15-25+ employees ensuring efficient daily operations
- maintain accurate records of employee attendance on a daily basis
- maintain inventory and order necessary food and supplies
- cover Manager on Duty shift and open the store once a week
- proficiently maintain day-to-day notes on staff performance
- keep employees informed on culture standards and updates such as sales specials or new job opportunities
- communicate daily with team members fostering strong teamwork ethic and attitude
- maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times
- be available for special projects or holidays
