Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary related professional area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
- minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage or culinary related area
- management experience
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage team productivity
- knowledge of operational budgets and legal obligations
- ability to perform hourly job functions when necessary
- availability to work full time
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary professional area
- or 2-year degree from accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major with 2 years experience
- knowledge of brand specific service culture
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to analyze information and solve problems
- experience in managing budgets and operating statements
Job Duties
- Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and monitors compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures
- supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
- operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives
- encourages mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
