Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary related professional area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
  • minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage or culinary related area
  • management experience
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage team productivity
  • knowledge of operational budgets and legal obligations
  • ability to perform hourly job functions when necessary
  • availability to work full time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary professional area
  • or 2-year degree from accredited university in food service management, hotel and restaurant management, hospitality, business administration, or related major with 2 years experience
  • knowledge of brand specific service culture
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to analyze information and solve problems
  • experience in managing budgets and operating statements

Job Duties

  • Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
  • supervises daily food and beverage shift operation and monitors compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures
  • supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
  • operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
  • supervises staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives
  • encourages mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
