Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive and professional demeanor that reflects company culture
- Willingness to perform hands-on cooking duties at least three days a week
Job Qualifications
- Combination of education and experience in food and beverage management
- Supervisory skills at food and beverage supervisor level or higher
- Leadership and administrative capabilities
- Ability to cook a variety of meals including breakfast, dinner, and banquets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and inventory
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets
- Lead and support the food and beverage team
- Manage budgets and inventory control
- Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality
- Cook breakfast, dinner, or banquets at least three days a week
- Coordinate with Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager
- Uphold brand and operational standards
