Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and literacy to read product labels and communicate with guests
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive and professional demeanor that reflects company culture
  • Willingness to perform hands-on cooking duties at least three days a week

Job Qualifications

  • Combination of education and experience in food and beverage management
  • Supervisory skills at food and beverage supervisor level or higher
  • Leadership and administrative capabilities
  • Ability to cook a variety of meals including breakfast, dinner, and banquets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and inventory
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets
  • Lead and support the food and beverage team
  • Manage budgets and inventory control
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality
  • Cook breakfast, dinner, or banquets at least three days a week
  • Coordinate with Director of Food & Beverage or General Manager
  • Uphold brand and operational standards
