Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in managing large events particularly in food and beverage such as wedding receptions is required
  • Experience in restaurant or food and beverage management is required with preference for large event experience
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week and be available every weekend
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift 39 pounds unaided
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of management or supervisory experience
  • Experience in managing large events particularly in food and beverage such as wedding receptions
  • Experience in restaurant or food and beverage management
  • Strong teamwork ethic
  • Leadership skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Effective time management skills

Job Duties

  • Supervise a diverse team of 15-25 employees ensuring efficient daily operations
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance on a daily basis
  • Manage inventory and order necessary food and supplies
  • Cover Manager on Duty shifts and open the store once a week
  • Maintain day-to-day notes on staff performance
  • Keep employees informed on company culture, standards, and updates
  • Communicate daily with team members fostering teamwork ethic
  • Maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times
  • Be available for special projects or holidays
