Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Four years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Or two-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • Two years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Ability to manage budgets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Availability to work full time
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or related area
  • Or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in relevant professional area
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to manage budgets and verify legal compliance
  • Proficient communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of brand-specific service culture

Job Duties

  • Assist in the ordering of food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
  • Supervise daily food and beverage shift operation and monitor compliance with all policies, standards, and procedures
  • Support and supervise monthly self-inspection programs
  • Operate department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions
  • Supervise staffing levels to meet guest service, operational needs, and financial objectives
  • Build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Perform duties in employees' absence to maintain operational flow
