Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Must have at least one year of management or supervisory experience
- Experience in managing large events particularly in food and beverage such as wedding receptions is required
- Experience in Restaurant/Food & Beverage Management is required with a preference for managing large events
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work up to 45 hours per week available every weekend
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift 39 pounds unaided
- Valid driver's license required
- Authorized to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Supervise a diverse team of 15-25 employees ensuring efficient daily operations
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance on a daily basis
- Maintain inventory and order necessary food and supplies
- Cover a Manager on Duty shift and open the store once a week
- Maintain day-to-day notes on staff performance
- Keep employees informed on culture standards updates such as sales specials or new job opportunities
- Communicate daily with team members fostering teamwork ethic and attitude
- Maintain a safety-focused attitude at all times
- Be available for special projects or holidays
