Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • Or 2-year degree from accredited university in related major
  • 2 years experience in food and beverage or related area
  • Ability to perform managerial duties and lead a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Availability to work full time
  • Willingness to maintain brand standards and wellness philosophy

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or related area
  • Or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 2 years experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and operating statements
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of brand specific service culture

Job Duties

  • Supervises daily food and beverage shift operations and monitors compliance with policies
  • Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
  • Supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
  • Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
  • Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
  • Encourages and builds trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
  • Develops goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work
