Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
- Or 2-year degree from accredited university in related major
- 2 years experience in food and beverage or related area
- Ability to perform managerial duties and lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Availability to work full time
- Willingness to maintain brand standards and wellness philosophy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or related area
- Or 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration with 2 years experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets and operating statements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of brand specific service culture
Job Duties
- Supervises daily food and beverage shift operations and monitors compliance with policies
- Assists in ordering food and beverage supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms
- Supports and supervises monthly self-inspection programs
- Operates department equipment and reports malfunctions
- Supervises staffing levels to meet guest service and financial objectives
- Encourages and builds trust, respect, and cooperation among team members
- Develops goals and plans to prioritize and accomplish work
