Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • minimum 3 years hospitality experience in food and beverage service
  • ServSafe certification including Food Handler, Allergen, and Alcohol trainings within 90 days
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, early mornings, mid-shifts
  • ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 pounds
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • able to operate and learn catering software and POS systems
  • commitment to maintaining safety and sanitation standards
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • excellent problem-solving abilities
  • strong customer service focus

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • at least 3 years of experience in hospitality servicing food and beverage
  • ServSafe certified (Food Handler, Allergen, and Alcohol trainings) within first 90 days
  • ability to work in different departments based on event needs
  • creativity with presentations and maintaining quality product
  • attention to detail and service oriented
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, mid-shifts, early mornings
  • ability to multitask
  • excellent organizational, planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • strong customer service orientation
  • advanced oral and written communication skills
  • ability to perform arithmetic operations
  • able to push, pull, lift 50 pounds consistently
  • ability to lift and carry items weighing 10 to 30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds, up and down stairs multiple times per shift
  • intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • experience with Clover POS system a plus

Job Duties

  • Assist in developing and implementing Food and Beverage training programs, policies, and procedures
  • take direction from leadership and effectively organize and supervise all part-time Food and Beverage staff
  • coach employees by creating a shared understanding about what needs to be achieved and how to execute, reward and recognize employees
  • utilize Catering software to create BEOs, accurately compute all menu costs for sales opportunities and ongoing revisions
  • provide the highest level of customer service excellence
  • oversee food and beverage operations during events to ensure client satisfaction
  • create schedules as needed
  • follow all card handling policies and procedures as well as Legends Global and site-specific policies
  • maintain record keeping, reports, and monthly inventory for Concessions and Catering
  • meet deadlines for reports and projects required by management
  • ensure all Savor Food and Beverage policies and procedures are followed
  • assist in maintaining a Health Department score of 90 or higher
  • exhibit attention to detail and consistency in service
  • demonstrate problem solving, planning, organizing, and logistics skills
  • follow all rules regarding the Savor Safe Alcohol Management Program
  • maintain a cooperative team-like attitude
  • enforce sanitation procedures including safety guidelines and OSHA requirements
  • help oversee all food and beverage departments including Concessions, Beverage, Suites, Catering, and Kitchen as needed
  • perform reasonable requests assigned by management
  • perform other duties as assigned
