The South Bend Cubs are the High-A affiliate of the renowned Chicago Cubs, playing a significant role in the development and nurturing of emerging baseball talent. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 50 pounds
- willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- passion for food and beverage service
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic knowledge of food safety is a plus

Job Duties
- assist in all aspects of food and beverage operations for all baseball games and non-baseball games at four winds field
- assist in managing over 70 seasonal employees
- aid in scheduling hours for the food and beverage department
- properly care for and maintain equipment
- operate, troubleshoot and train other employees on point-of-sale systems
- assist with stocking and preparing concession stands and food carts for all games
- help maintain cleanliness of stands and group spaces to meet health code regulations
- help control inventory, food costs and labor cost
- assist with daily office operations
- maintain ballpark standards and cleanliness
- walk, reach, stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time
- climb stairs as needed
- perform other duties as assigned
