Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or GED
- preferred advanced degree in hospitality management or relevant field
- minimum 3 years customer service experience
- preferred minimum 1 year leadership experience
- ServSafe Certification or completion within first year of employment
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- completion of TIPS training and First Aid/CPR training
Job Qualifications

- ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain within first year
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- conflict resolution experience
- ability to coach and discipline staff
- experience with payroll approval and attendance tracking
- knowledge of food safety standards
Job Duties
- provide direct program and operational support to all food service locations and special events
- lead and train staff in food preparation and guest service
- assist with daily setup and closing of food and beverage stations
- monitor and manage inventory using FIFO method
- verify cash drawers and assist with event setup and breakdown
- educate staff on waste reduction and maintain health and safety regulations
- support vending inventory and equipment maintenance and monthly inventory counts
