Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in foodservice management required
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  • Proven financial and business management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality preferred
  • 3-5 years of foodservice management experience required
  • Prior dining services experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven financial and business acumen
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization tools, and statistical modeling preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account
  • Build and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Collaborate with the chef and management team to deliver nutritious, high-quality meals for students
  • Implement innovative culinary programs in partnership with company marketing and culinary teams
  • Serve as a liaison between the company, client, and community
  • Gather raw data from internal databases and external systems to support decision-making
  • Organize and clean raw data, correcting errors and preparing reliable formats for analysis
  • Apply statistical techniques to uncover trends, make predictions, and answer operational questions
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Translate analytical results into business context, providing actionable recommendations to improve dining services
