Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university or four years of related supervisory or managerial experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a full service or high-volume restaurant preferred
- Must have the ability to interact with guests staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work all shifts including nights weekends and holidays as business needs dictate
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of related supervisory or managerial experience or combination of education and experience

- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- Flexibility to work all shifts including nights weekends and holidays as business needs dictate
Job Duties
- Supervise and manage staff in the food and beverage front of house department
- Develop implement and manage operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
- Achieve overall department customer service goals
- Manage staff development and training programs
- Implement rewards and recognition programs to maximize employee engagement
- Maintain cost control methods by monitoring consistent pars and inventory
- Ensure quality assurance procedures meet health department and customer service standards
- Enforce gaming laws and regulations applicable to the food and beverage department
- Instruct and ensure staff compliance with safety policies and procedures
