Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university or four years of related supervisory or managerial experience and or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in a full service or high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Must have the ability to interact with guests staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work all shifts including nights weekends and holidays as business needs dictate

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent four years of related supervisory or managerial experience or combination of education and experience
  • Previous supervisory experience in a full service or high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels
  • Flexibility to work all shifts including nights weekends and holidays as business needs dictate

Job Duties

  • Supervise and manage staff in the food and beverage front of house department
  • Develop implement and manage operational goals and monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
  • Achieve overall department customer service goals
  • Manage staff development and training programs
  • Implement rewards and recognition programs to maximize employee engagement
  • Maintain cost control methods by monitoring consistent pars and inventory
  • Ensure quality assurance procedures meet health department and customer service standards
  • Enforce gaming laws and regulations applicable to the food and beverage department
  • Instruct and ensure staff compliance with safety policies and procedures
