Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage or retail management
  • Ability to complete ServSafe training and obtain certification
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Competency in managing inventory and controlling expenses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work full time including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations including staff supervision and scheduling
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment compliant with health and safety standards
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees
  • Oversee inventory management and control shortages
  • Implement and enforce company programs, policies, and procedures
  • Execute marketing programs to promote store sales and profitability
  • Maintain brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service
