Job Requirements

- Prior experience in food and beverage or retail management
- Ability to complete ServSafe training and obtain certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Competency in managing inventory and controlling expenses

- Availability to work full time including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day food and beverage operations including staff supervision and scheduling
- Ensure a safe and clean environment compliant with health and safety standards

- Oversee inventory management and control shortages
- Implement and enforce company programs, policies, and procedures
- Execute marketing programs to promote store sales and profitability
