Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of food service or retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid in-state driver’s license with required auto insurance
- acceptable motor vehicle report
- ability to achieve and maintain NRE certification
- willingness to work 50 hours per week
- availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum two years of related food service or retail management experience or equivalent education and experience
- valid in-state driver’s license with required insurance
- ability to complete ServSafe certification
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- proficiency in inventory and expense control
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including food service and safety
- recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise employees
- promote store profitability through expense control and inventory management
- maintain brand standards and execute marketing programs
- complete required training and certification such as ServSafe
- create an open and inviting atmosphere for customers
- plan and prepare work schedules to optimize staff coverage
