Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to complete ServSafe training and certification
  • Availability to work full time including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficient in computer-based training modules
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous management experience in food and beverage or retail operations preferred
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and control expenses
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and marketing execution

Job Duties

  • Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experience
  • Manage day-to-day store operations including food operations and safety
  • Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
  • Promote store profitability and maintain brand standards
  • Execute marketing programs and control expenses
  • Maintain inventory levels and shortage control
  • Adhere to and enforce company programs, policies, and procedures
