Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory or management experience
- Ability to complete ServSafe training and certification
- Availability to work full time including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in computer-based training modules
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

- Previous management experience in food and beverage or retail operations preferred
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain

Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experience
- Manage day-to-day store operations including food operations and safety
- Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
- Promote store profitability and maintain brand standards
- Execute marketing programs and control expenses
- Maintain inventory levels and shortage control
- Adhere to and enforce company programs, policies, and procedures
