Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of food service or retail management experience
- Must be available to work 50 hours per week
- Must have valid in-state Driver’s License and auto insurance
- Ability to pass motor vehicle report screening
- Completion and maintenance of NRE Certification
- Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years related food service or retail management experience
- Completion of ServSafe certification
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid in-state Driver's License with required auto insurance
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experience
- Oversee day-to-day food and beverage operations ensuring safety and quality standards
- Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise store employees
- Promote store profitability through budget management and expense control
- Maintain brand standards and execute marketing programs
- Control inventory levels and manage shortage control
- Adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures
