Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years related food service or retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- valid in-state driver's license with required auto insurance
- acceptable motor vehicle report
- ability to achieve and maintain the NRE Certification
- ability to work 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Manage day-to-day store operations including food operations and safety
- recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
- promote store profitability and control expenses
- maintain inventory levels and shortage control
- enforce all company programs, policies, and procedures
- complete required training including ServSafe certification and food and retail operations training
- lead staff to provide exceptional customer service
- plan and prepare work schedules
- direct a team of three to fifteen store members
