Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years related food service or retail management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • valid in-state driver's license with required auto insurance
  • acceptable motor vehicle report
  • ability to achieve and maintain the NRE Certification
  • ability to work 50 hours per week including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Manage day-to-day store operations including food operations and safety
  • recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
  • promote store profitability and control expenses
  • maintain inventory levels and shortage control
  • enforce all company programs, policies, and procedures
  • complete required training including ServSafe certification and food and retail operations training
  • lead staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • plan and prepare work schedules
  • direct a team of three to fifteen store members
