Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in food and beverage or retail management
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • proficiency in inventory and expense control
  • knowledge of customer service best practices
  • capability to complete ServSafe certification
  • ability to train and develop employees
  • capability to work within established budgets and sales targets

Job Duties

  • manage day-to-day store operations including food operations
  • maintain a safe store environment
  • recruit and hire employees
  • schedule staff shifts effectively
  • train and supervise employees
  • promote store profitability and control expenses
  • maintain brand standards and execute marketing programs
  • control inventory levels and reduce shortages
  • adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures
  • complete computer-based training for new hires
  • complete ServSafe training and certification
  • complete 4-6 weeks of food and beverage training
  • complete 4-6 weeks of retail operations training
  • lead and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
  • plan and prepare work schedules
