Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food and beverage or retail management
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- proficiency in inventory and expense control
- knowledge of customer service best practices
- capability to complete ServSafe certification
- ability to train and develop employees
- capability to work within established budgets and sales targets
Job Duties
- manage day-to-day store operations including food operations
- maintain a safe store environment
- recruit and hire employees
- schedule staff shifts effectively
- train and supervise employees
- promote store profitability and control expenses
- maintain brand standards and execute marketing programs
- control inventory levels and reduce shortages
- adhere to and enforce company policies and procedures
- complete computer-based training for new hires
- complete ServSafe training and certification
- complete 4-6 weeks of food and beverage training
- complete 4-6 weeks of retail operations training
- lead and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- plan and prepare work schedules
