Job Requirements

  • Responsible for direction of three to fifteen store team members
  • Required to work 50 hours per week
  • Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Minimum of two years related food service or retail management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Valid in-state driver's license with required auto insurance
  • Acceptable motor vehicle report
  • Achieve and maintain the NRE certification

  • Minimum two years of related food service or retail management experience
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • ServSafe certification or ability to obtain
  • Knowledge of retail operations and food service management
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experience
  • Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
  • Promote store profitability through managing expenses and executing marketing programs
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Control inventory levels and shortage
  • Complete computer-based training and ServSafe certification
  • Lead and foster a positive team environment
