Spinx operates multiple locations, serving thousands of customers daily with a wide array of products, including hot and fresh food, beverages, fuel, and grocery essentials. The company’s culture revolves around the core value of "Making Life Easier," which drives every employee's endeavors to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional service.

Working at Spinx means joining a company that not only values its customers but also deeply cares about the growth and development of its team members. The organization encourages leadership, accountability, and continuous learning to ensure employees thrive both personally and professionally. This dedication is evidenced by a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay, profit-sharing incentives, and tuition reimbursement programs designed to support career growth and work-life balance.

The Food and Beverage Manager role at Spinx is a full-time leadership position that offers an average annual base salary of $54,000, paid hourly. Additional compensation includes an average $1,000 monthly bonus, $1,000 annual profit sharing, and $3,000 in annual tuition reimbursement, making the total compensation package attractive and rewarding for the right candidate. This position demands a proactive manager dedicated to overseeing daily store operations, especially focused on food and beverage sections, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and customers alike.

As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will take ownership of coordinating all aspects related to food preparation, customer satisfaction, inventory management, and staff supervision. You will lead a diverse team, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, and directing employees to deliver the high standards expected by Spinx. One of the key aspects of this role includes completing required computer-based training programs for new hires, becoming ServSafe certified, and undergoing 4-6 weeks of comprehensive training specifically tailored to food and beverage operations, as well as retail operations.

Your leadership will be critical in promoting the store’s profitability by managing budgets, controlling expenses, and adhering strictly to company programs, policies, and procedures. Part of your responsibility will be executing marketing initiatives effectively and maintaining brand standards to enhance the store's visibility and customer engagement. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive, customer-first environment where associates feel valued and motivated to excel in their roles.

The Food and Beverage Manager is expected to be a hands-on leader who shows enthusiasm and determination, contributing to maximizing store sales and profits. Planning and preparing work schedules is an essential duty to ensure the right staffing levels meet customer demands at all times. At Spinx, the goal is not only to meet but to exceed customer expectations consistently, and you will lead your team in this mission by fostering an open and inviting atmosphere that aligns with the company’s core values.
