Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years experience in food service or retail management
  • ability to complete ServSafe training and certification
  • exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with computer-based training modules

  • prior management experience in food service or retail
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • familiarity with inventory and expense management
  • ability to motivate staff and provide excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day store operations including food operations and safety
  • recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
  • promote store profitability through expense control and inventory management
  • maintain and enforce brand standards and compliance with company policies
  • execute marketing programs
  • complete computer-based training for new hires
  • ensure exceptional customer service and lead team to create inviting atmosphere
