- minimum 2 years experience in food service or retail management
- ability to complete ServSafe training and certification
- exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- strong problem-solving skills
- proficiency with computer-based training modules

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including food operations and safety
- recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
- promote store profitability through expense control and inventory management
- maintain and enforce brand standards and compliance with company policies
- execute marketing programs
- complete computer-based training for new hires
- ensure exceptional customer service and lead team to create inviting atmosphere
