Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experience
- Manage day-to-day food operations and maintain a safe environment
- Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
- Promote store profitability by controlling expenses and inventory levels
- Maintain brand standards and execute marketing programs
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Complete required training including ServSafe certification and retail operations training
