Job Requirements
- Responsible for direction of three to fifteen store team members
- Required to work 50 hours per week
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Valid in-state driver's license with required auto insurance and acceptable motor vehicle report
- Minimum of two years related food service or retail management experience or equivalent education and training
- Achieve and maintain NRE Certification
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years related food service or retail management experience
- Completion of ServSafe certification
- Ability to complete food and beverage and retail operations training
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Valid in-state driver's license with required insurance
- Acceptable motor vehicle report
- Ability to achieve and maintain NRE Certification
Job Duties
- Direct and coordinate staff to provide excellent customer experience
- Oversee day-to-day store operations including food service and safety
- Recruit, hire, schedule, train, and supervise employees
- Promote store profitability and execute marketing programs
- Maintain brand standards and control expenses
- Manage inventory levels and shortage control
- Enforce company programs, policies, and procedures
