Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or four to six years related experience or equivalent combination
  • experience with hospitality POS systems
  • strong leadership and hospitality skills

Job Qualifications

  • experience in multi-faceted food and beverage operations
  • knowledge of hospitality POS systems, hardware, software, and menu programming

Job Duties

  • Oversee all food and beverage operations including special events and catering
  • ensure member, resident, and guest satisfaction through creative programming and service excellence
  • manage hiring, training, and performance evaluation of food and beverage staff
  • collaborate with Chef on menus, specials, and dining room promotions
  • monitor and control inventory and food and beverage budgets
  • conduct staff meetings and foster team communication
  • handle complaint resolution and maintain high service standards
