Job Duties
- Oversee all food and beverage operations including special events and catering
- ensure member, resident, and guest satisfaction through creative programming and service excellence
- manage hiring, training, and performance evaluation of food and beverage staff
- collaborate with Chef on menus, specials, and dining room promotions
- monitor and control inventory and food and beverage budgets
- conduct staff meetings and foster team communication
- handle complaint resolution and maintain high service standards
