Job Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn and hold objects with hands
- must be able to work on your feet for at least 10 hours
- fast paced movements are required to go from one part of the club to others
- must be able to move, pull, carry or lift of up to 50 pounds on occasion and 35 pounds regularly
- occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat, and water
- occasionally kneel, bend, crouch and climb as required
- smoke environment
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years of food & beverage management experience, preferably in luxury, private club, or fine dining environments
- excellent written & verbal communication skills
- proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- proven track record of managing teams and multi-outlet operations
- expertise in luxury guest service standards and conflict resolution
- familiarity with SevenRooms, Micros, and Peoplevine (preferred)
- must be able to obtain and maintain any required work cards/licenses in Nevada
Job Duties
- Manage daily operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to established SOPs
- ensure proper opening, operating & closing procedures are followed
- assist GM & AGM with the recruitment of staff and training to ensure FOH team members perform their duties in accordance with Zero Bond standards
- provide coaching and performance evaluations, addressing areas of improvement as needed
- create a positive & professional work environment that promotes teamwork, productivity and team morale
- ability to conduct closing financial reports & inventory purchasing
- manage service concerns & complaints swiftly, implementing recovery strategies as necessary
- monitor dining room flow & seating to optimize member experience, liaise with membership team as needed
- ensure club and service areas are kept in compliance with Nevada department of health standards
- coordinate with other departments (wine, culinary, membership) to ensure seamless service during events
